Prior to real estate, Chris worked at both Thomson Reuters and Microsoft, where he lead global marketing teams focused on driving reach and revenue through customer engagement.

He is married to Peggy Lyn Speicher, who is also a managing partner with Coldwell Banker Island Properties and Co-Founder of the Speicher Group. They have a 28 year old daughter who graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, then graduated from Naval OCS in 2018, and is now a Lieutenant, Junior Grade in the United States Navy based in San Diego, California.
